The wonderful showing of the Met HD recording of Carmen here at Skyline was a special treat arranged by Cornelius and others. Do you want more in addition to our Sky Opera? There are several theaters in the Seattle area that screen the Metropolitan Opera performances. These occur both “live in HD” on Saturday mornings and “encore in HD” on select Wednesday’s at 6:30PM. For walkers, nearby Pacific Place 11 is a good spot. If you need to drive and park, then Thornton Place at Northgate is relatively convenient – except for evening traffic.
